How does he stay so athleticism as he is now?
While I was researching the answer I had realized to be in the NBA he has to stay healthy and athleticism. He also goes to a gym and practices on his week spots as in his hurt knee. he also has a lot of things to do in the gym like running and working on his legs so he would have the energy to run the hole time he is on the court. He also works on his legs so he can jump higher so he can pack the opponents so he don't score.
